VEHICLES
94,500 vehicles are abandoned in London per year.
Bermondsey
A man bought this 32 ton Russian T-34 tank for his 7 year old son as a birthday present several years
ago (the guy lived on pages walk, which the tank sits at the end of). The council once tried to have it
removed frorm the wasteland it sits on, believing it had been dumped, but then found out the son also
owned the rights to the land it sits on
Local legend says that the tank's gun is pointed towards Southwark Council's planning offices.
The tank was painted pink for a while.

Friern Barnet - Old Sewage Works Site
The sewage works left in the 1960's and ever since became a dumping ground - these vehicles were presumably
stolen and then torched. The site is now harder to access as the many years of flytipping have led to claims that the
land is contaminated resulting in it being unsuitable for development into housing.

SE London Red Vans
Somthing that is not quite derelict but but dont look too healthy. These red vans are spotted parked around Brixton and Dulwich
but rarely seen being driven around. Local folklore thinks there is something sinister about them and a guy who drinks in a
Camberwell boozer once went as far as saying they were undercover spies camped in them. (But....im sure its all gossip and
that these vans provide a decent service)
